High School Student Yellow Belt
Obtaining a yellow belt in your Lean Six Sigma training is the first step to becoming a true expert on the course and within the field. A yellow belt is the first possible certification that you can receive in your journey through the Lean Six Sigma training and supplies the building blocks for you to continually improve as you learn more and build your skills. We assist with yellow belt training, certifications, and can assist with yellow belt theory and test preparation.
Requirements For A Yellow Belt To adequately fulfill the requirements of the yellow belt, the students will be required to demonstrate a complete and sound understanding of the basic concepts of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Once they can comprehend the basic concepts, they will then be given a standardized test that will determine their knowledge on the subject and how well they can separate and articulate each concept from one another. Specialized Training Specialized training is provided by our certified instructors to benefit your students or employees. The specialized training is not intended to negate time for academics or workplace activities, but merely to enhance them with practical learning skills that can be applied as soon as they are learned. Specialized training means that our instructors can accommodate your group's demographics, whether that be their high school status, workplace, industry, and even age group. Next Steps The next steps following the yellow belt include preparing for and training for the green belt. The green belt often has more difficult testing requirements and students will have to utilize what they learned in their yellow belt training to sufficiently fulfill the requirements for a green belt. Once a student has mastered the yellow belt and the green belt, they can then move onto the black belt and become a certified trainer of the course or Lean Six Sigma professional. Every level of the program is one to be celebrated as they each require an intensive methodological understanding of the concepts and practices of them. When a student has acquired the understanding to do so, they can increase their professional and academic productivity in more ways than one! Professional Skills Once completing your yellow belt certification and passing the standardized test, you can use your new achievement to boost your professional skills on both your resume and even your digital profiles, including website biographies, credentials, and even on LinkedIn! The professional skills that you learn from the Lean Six Sigma program provide long-lasting results that you will be able to use across industries and at all points of your professional life. We have had students come back to us from previous courses and thank us for introducing the Lean Six Sigma program to them, their students, and employees, as the results are continually successful and provide clear results and general success that can be seen and tracked. |
